Rosie’s own ADHD diagnosis was a turning point… “Initially, it shook my confidence. But through coaching, I deepened my self-understanding, developing strategies helping me to create change and improve my performance. This personal experience ignited my passion for coaching, and I pursued training to support others facing similar challenges.”
Rosie works closely with both organisations and individuals to create more neuroinclusive workplaces and provide tailored coaching to neurodivergent individuals. Together, she will work with you to explore tools and strategies that boost self-efficacy, wellbeing, and productivity enabling each person to achieve positive outcomes.
