The opportunity
Adaptive is filled with highly skilled people who are experts in their roles, whether it’s tech, finance or operations. However, as the company grows, many of these individuals are being promoted into leadership positions, which require a new set of skills: leading teams, making decisions, and guiding others toward success.
They recognised that developing these new leaders was critical to sustaining growth and retaining top talent in a fast-moving industry.
That’s where we come in. The company has partnered with us to help these newly promoted leaders bridge the gap between their technical expertise and the leadership skills they need in their new roles.
Our approach
We partnered with the client to design and deliver a bespoke leadership development programme for their cohorts of middle managers. The programme combines experiential learning, peer coaching, and practical leadership tools - all delivered virtually to accommodate their globally dispersed teams.
By focusing on the real-world challenges these leaders face, we helped them explore their leadership identity, strengthen self-awareness, and build skills in communication, collaboration, and team motivation.
Our role is to help these leaders build the confidence and skills necessary to lead their teams effectively, enabling both personal success and the continued success of the organisation.
