Katie Cameron

I’m Katie — a working-class girl with a relentless work ethic and a winding, unconventional path that’s shaped who I am today. From my first job at 17, climbing the ranks fast, to buying my first house at 19, I thought I had life figured out. But it turns out, I thrive on challenges and embracing life head-on.

Years of climbing the corporate ladder taught me a lot, including what burnout feels like. My journey took me from Scotland to Australia and Malta, through roles in Operations, team leadership, and major projects (including a collaboration with McKinsey), all while realising that the corporate grind wasn’t my true path.

After earning my Level 7 in Executive Coaching and working in a Big Four environment, I made a bold pivot, joining a Coaching social enterprise. Today, I’m co-founder of The Blurred Line, alongside two incredible working-mum friends, helping leaders and organisations grow without sacrificing wellbeing.

I’m also juggling an MSc in Leadership & Management, raising two daughters, and staying true to my belief: life’s too short to settle. Keep hustling, pivot when needed, and never stop thriving.
